What's good for me in Penang?
It's been a year I stay in Penang and my first year as a USM student now comes to an end.
I'm going to blog about my favourite places in Penang today and I strongly recommend you guys to go for it if you haven't been to those places.
First of all, I don't have favourite lunch spots because I always skip lunch to take a nap or do my coursework, I rarely eat 3 meals and above.
Sorry if not much pictures provided because I always busy to eat and sleep when I see food and bed.
Due to some copyright issues, I won't take any images or important information from any blogger or google. You guys might google yourself for answer if you have any inquiry.

Favourite Breakfast Spots
1. Koay Teow Soup @Lorong Ngah Ah Boo
When I wake up late but I still want to take my breakfast before 1pm, I will crave for koay teow soup at Lorong Ngah Ah Boo. Because I don't have to queue up and I think koay teow soup that sell by this hawker stall is the best I've tried in Penang. 'Koay Teow Soup + Nes Beng' is the best breakfast combination ever.
Address:
Lorong Ngah Aboo, George Town, 10100 George Town, Pulau Pinang.
2. Lollipop Ropitiam @ Campbell Street
Why Ropitiam? Actually Ropi this name is came from hokkien : chiak roti lim kopi ( eat bread drink coffee). The signature of Ropitiam is a must try, it is served with bacon, egg and bread. I forgot the name of the food as I don't have a strong memory to memorise all the food name. I hope the pictures are helpful and can make it as your reference when you make an order.

5. Chew Jetty Big Bowl Noodles @Chew Jetty
Since the popularity of big bowl noodles increases, many cafe and restaurant started to add this into their menu. I don't felt like to try big bowl noodles in other restaurant anymore after I had my first try at Chew Jetty Big Bowl Noodles. I like the service of their stuffs, they're helpful and friendly. Favourite High Tea Spots
1.TOPView Restaurant&Lounge @The TOP, KOMTAR
Before that, TOPView Restaurant&Lounge was known as 59 Sixty Restaurant,I'm not sure about the RM38++ high tea set is still available for each individual or not. Last time I went there, I didn't make any reservation and they did accept walk in customer. From TOPView, you can see the stunning view of whole Georgetown if you are seated near window.

Favourite Dinner Spots
1. BreadKING @ Promenade
I stay in Gelugor and always seek food in nearby area more than in Georgetown. BreadKING is actually a bakery but also sells other food and beverages. The price of the western food here is slightly expensive than other cafe but I think the taste of the food worth the price.
Address: 5-G, 13A, Jalan Mahsuri, Bandar Bayan Baru, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang.
2. Hive by Love a Loaf @Promenade
Hive is branch of Love of Loaf at Georgetown. I dont have to worry about parking when I hunt for food at Promenade. I like the food and environment here, I rarely go cafe or restaurant that is popular and crowded with people. I hate waiting food when I'm hungry. Hive have many stuffs and you will get your food done within 15 minutes.
Address: 5-G, 36, Jalan Mahsuri, Bandar Bayan Baru, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Favourite Stay
1. Strais Garden Suite @Jelutong
Jelutong is a strategic area that located between Bayan Lepas and Georgetown. The duration of time going east and west just need about 10 minutes. Use airbnb to book Straits Garden Suite and you can get cheaper price which whole unit included two rooms and kitchen just between RM120 to RM250. You will save more if you use promo code at airbnb. Somehow the hotel room in Penang is expensive than you rent a unit of apartment.

2. Maritime Suites Penang @Karpal Singh
This is the first luxury suite that I stayed in Penang. Once you enter you will see kitchen at your left hand side and a hidden large bathroom on your right hand side. I like the big bathtub and I can stay inside the bathroom for few hours because it's too pretty and comfortable. You can book the stay fom airbnb but the price will slightly higher than others if you didn't use any promo code.
Address: Maritime Suites, Karpal Singh Dr, 11600 Georgtown, Pulau Pinang.
